West Seattle Blog… | Personal Safety Course for Women
Learn proactive tips and steps you can take to improve your personal safety, taught by Seattle police officers and employees.
Our class goals:
-Know the important role that your gut instincts and reactions play
-Learn about potentially dangerous situations and how to avoid them
– Learn to make a security plan
-Decrease the chances of becoming a victim
Remarks:
-This is a lively discussion and lecture on crime prevention and safety.
– This is not a self-defense class.
-This course is open to people of all ages and most suitable for those who are at least 14 years old or older. For this reason, children should not attend.
