  • If you need to stock up on milk and cookies for the weekend, now is the time to go.

Schnucks and Dierbergs will both be closed this weekend to allow more time for their employees with loved ones this year, the two grocers said.

Schnucks and Dierbergs will both close tomorrow for Christmas Eve at 5:30 p.m. and won’t return until Monday, December 27. For last-minute shoppers, that means today is your best bet for getting the latest ingredients for your dinners – fancy or casual.

Store hours will resume their normal slots until New Years Eve, when both will close at 8 p.m. On New Years Day, stores will reopen at 9 a.m. and resume normal hours.

If you visit the stores on Christmas Eve, remember not to be a Grinch and be nice – Santa is watching. It’s the season, everyone. Consult the holiday schedules on schnucks‘ and Dierberg‘ websites.
