Georgia Murphy, Corporate and Community Coordinator for Galloway’s Vision Loss Charity, said, “We had a great day with all of our Santa Claus, and it was great to see everyone coming to show us their support. .
“We are really proud of the community that has come together to join us and raise £ 1,577. We recognized several faces on our dashboard in 2019, so it was nice to see them again, as well as to welcome some new faces.
“There was a great camaraderie during the event as everyone cheered each other on and joined in with the spirits of things. The runners were incredibly successful and we thank them for participating in the fundraiser for the visually impaired.
“We want to say a big thank you to everyone who joined us and to Penwortham City Council for once again supporting us. “
